The launching ceremony of the Army Aviation’s book titled ‘History of Pakistan Army Aviation 1947-2007’ was held on Friday, at the Qasim Army Aviation Base, Dhamial here, says an press release. The senior most aviator Brigadier (r) G. Jabbar was chief guest on the occasion.

Speaking on the occasion, the chief guest paid tributes to the martyrs and living legends of Army Aviation for their outstanding achievements during war and peace and congratulated the history compilation team headed by Major (r) General Muhammad Azam for production of this historical account.

The Colonel Commandant of Army Aviation, Major General Waqar Ahmad Kingravi also lauded the efforts of all those who contributed towards the completion of this land mark historical account.The news
